Request City Manager report to City Council concerning the permitting and/or design review process that occurred within the Administration that resulted in the construction of the pawn shop building on Pleasant Street at the corner of Russell Street. (Murray)

Request City Manager request the South Middlesex Opportunity Council to provide him, the members of the appropriate Neighborhood Watch groups, KNIT Worcester and those who attended the SMOC session in June, 2006, with a detailed fact-specific neighborhood packet describing the program they plan to operate at 2 June Street.
