WoMag on Joomla

posted by Mike on February 16th, 2007

Worcester Magazine, as of the past hour or so, has moved to the Joomla content management system.

Update: Noticed they’ve gotten worcestermagazine.com; they used to be only worcestermag.com.

The new site doesn’t load very well, at least from Mexico.

This situation should be rectified. Else, how am I supposed to get the latest perp talk?

Guess it might only be one of those corporate 9-5 kinda blogs.

    Oh, such negativity.

Interesting that it’s a post from Wednesday, as they seemed to have the same old website until Friday morning. Maybe the new stuff was at the new URL, and they only pointed worcestermag.com at the Joomla site on Friday.

Considering that WoMag, a weekly with a very small staff, manages to scoop the daily T&G from time to time, I think this blogging thing could work out very well for them.
