Last year I looked at the Friday abstinence practice from a carnivore perspective. I could get away with eating fish and eggs, but I think I actually find it easier to do a water fast. It&#039;s kind of funny to think that you could do the same thing as a vegan.
It&#039;s been a while since I did a fast of more than 22 hours. I think I&#039;ve become more apprehensive about it than I was last year.
